Legal
Terms of Use
This is an operational terms notice for the public brochure site—not formal legal advice and not a substitute for a negotiated client engagement agreement.
Acceptance
By using marci-social.com, visitors agree to these terms. If someone does not agree, they should not use the site or submit the inquiry form.
What the site is
The site is a digital brochure for Marci Social LLC (accounting services and creative commercial representation). Content is informational. Service descriptions stay within licensed scope; assurance and tax offerings are provided only where appropriately credentialed.
Inquiries and QuickBooks estimates
Submitting the contact form sends an inquiry to Marci Social LLC. When the QuickBooks Online connection is active, a successful submission may create a Customer and/or Estimate draft in Marci Social LLC’s own QuickBooks Online company file. An estimate draft is not a binding contract, invoice, or guarantee of engagement until Marci Social completes and issues it under ordinary business processes.
QuickBooks Online access through this site’s integration is for Marci Social’s private / single-tenant use of its own company file—not a product licensed to other QuickBooks customers via an app store.
License to use the site
Marci Social LLC grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the public pages of this site for lawful inquiry and information purposes. Site software, design, and text remain the property of Marci Social LLC or its licensors. Visitors may not scrape, attack, overload, or reverse engineer the site or its API routes, or attempt to access operator-only endpoints without authorization.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” Marci Social LLC does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what applicable law requires.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marci Social LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on brochure content. Formal client work is governed by separate engagement terms when those are agreed.
Privacy
Handling of inquiry data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disconnecting QuickBooks access
Operators may disconnect the site’s QuickBooks connection as described on the Disconnect page. End users of QuickBooks who are not Marci Social operators are not asked to install this integration for third-party marketplace use.

These terms may be updated when the site or estimate workflow changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when material revisions are published.
