This page describes how marci-social.com handles information in plain language. It is an operational notice for the brochure site and QuickBooks Online estimate drafting—not formal legal advice.
Who operates this site
Marci Social LLC operates marci-social.com. Contact: info@marci-social.com.
What information is collected
When someone submits the contact / inquiry form, the site may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Interest area (Accounting, Creative, Both, or Other)
- Message text
Standard web logs (for example IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) may also be processed by the hosting provider while serving the site.
How information is used
Form submissions are used to respond to inquiries and, when the QuickBooks Online integration is connected, to create a Customer and/or Estimate draft in Marci Social LLC’s own QuickBooks Online company file for Marci Social to complete and send.
The integration is for Marci Social’s own books (private / single-tenant use)—not a public marketplace app sold to other QuickBooks users.
Sharing
Inquiry data may be stored with QuickBooks Online (Intuit) when an estimate draft is created, and with the site host (Cloudflare) as needed to operate the site and API routes. Marci Social LLC does not sell personal information collected through this form.
Retention
Information is retained as needed to handle the inquiry, keep business records, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Estimates and customer records in QuickBooks follow Marci Social’s normal bookkeeping retention practices.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Operator-only QuickBooks connection routes are gated with a secret. No system can guarantee absolute security; reasonable technical and organizational measures are used.
Rights and contact
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of inquiry data held by Marci Social LLC, email info@marci-social.com. Requests related to data stored in QuickBooks Online may also need to be handled through Marci Social’s QuickBooks company records.
Operators may disconnect the site’s QuickBooks connection as described on the Disconnect page.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the site or estimate workflow changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when material revisions are published.
