QuickBooks Online
Disconnect
This page is the public disconnect notice for the marci-social.com ↔ QuickBooks Online integration (Intuit Developer listing field). It is operational guidance—not formal legal advice.
The marci-social.com contact form can create Estimate drafts in Marci Social LLC’s own QuickBooks Online company file. That connection is private / single-tenant (Marci Social’s books only)—not a public app sold to other QuickBooks users.
How to disconnect
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin of the Marci Social LLC company file.
- Open Apps (or Gear → Manage apps / connected apps, depending on the QBO UI) and disconnect / revoke access for the Marci Social Intuit app.
- Optionally ask the site operator to clear stored OAuth tokens on the hosting side so the site stops calling QuickBooks until reconnect.
After disconnect, the public brochure still works; new form submissions will not create QuickBooks estimates until an authorized operator reconnects.
Data after disconnect
Disconnecting stops new API access from the site. Customer and Estimate records already written in QuickBooks remain in Marci Social’s company file under ordinary bookkeeping practices. To ask about inquiry data held by Marci Social LLC (including correction or deletion where applicable), email info@marci-social.com. See also the Privacy Policy.
Reconnect
Reconnection is operator-only (secret-gated). It is not offered as a self-serve marketplace install. Contact info@marci-social.com for internal ops.
